Selene is a personal cycle and moon guidance app. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.

The short version: we collect nothing. We store nothing on our side. We share nothing. All data you enter stays on your own device and never leaves it.

Cycle Information

You can enter the first day of your last period and your average cycle length. This information is stored locally on your device only using your device’s standard local storage.

This data is never transmitted to any server, never shared with any third party and never used for any purpose other than showing your cycle information within the app.

You can delete this data at any time by clearing the cycle fields in the app, or by deleting the app from your device.

Selene does not collect or process any of the following:

— Name, email address or contact information
— Location data
— Health data sent to Apple Health or any other service
— Device identifiers or advertising IDs
— Usage data or analytics
— Any data through third-party SDKs or tracking tools

No network requests

Selene works fully offline after installation. The app does not make any network requests, does not connect to external servers and does not use any third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services.

The app does not contain advertisements and is not connected to any ad network.

The app can send an optional daily reminder at 07:00. This notification is generated and delivered entirely by your device’s operating system. No data is sent externally in connection with this notification.

You can disable notifications at any time in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Selene.

Selene does not connect to Apple Health or any other health platform. Cycle data entered in the app stays exclusively within the app and is not shared with any health framework.

Selene is rated 4+. The app does not collect any data from any user.

If this privacy policy changes in a future version, the updated policy will be published at this URL. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent update.
